We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.
Period:
All returns and exchanges must be received by Dog Bed Mall within three hundred sixty five (365) days of shipment to you, with the exception of any item sold in the Dog Clothes category. All returns and exchanges on dog clothing must be received by Dog Bed Mall within fifteen (15) days of shipment to you.
Prohibited Returns or Exchanges:

If you return an item that has been used, opened, and/or damaged in any way, Dog Bed Mall reserves the right to allow an exchange, and to charge a 15% restocking fee, or to refuse an exchange of the item (see Policies & Rules, below).
Returns: 15% restocking fee, unless return amount held as in-store credit
No fee will be incurred for any item returned for store credit. Any return requesting a refund to a credit card or Paypal account will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds:
You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly. If you have not received a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your refund.
All items sold by Dog Bed Mall are shipped in their original factory packaging as supplied by the manufacturer/distributor. Items may be returned or exchanged only if in the original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition as sold, including any instructions and/or documentation, attached tags, etc.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number. All RA requests are to be made by using the form on the Contact Us page. We will refuse any package returned to us without a valid RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Customer is responsible for shipping any return or exchange item back to Dog Bed Mall. Returns or exchanges sent to us COD will be refused. (In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.)
Dog Bed Mall is not responsible for any personal items that may be included in returned or exchanged merchandise.
Returns or exchanges must be received within ten (10) days business days from the date that the RA# is issued, or within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the original item was shipped to you, whichever is sooner.

Any return/exchange that does not comply with these Policies and Rules will be returned to sender, and no credits will be issued.
Dog Bed Mall reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret and apply these Policies and Rules to all exchanges and returns.
Dog Bed Mall cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your destructive dog or puppy. Our products we sell are very durable, but are not indestructible. Before ordering, choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your dog or puppy.
